Available for the whole community Tel: 965 720 785 Groovy Girls This is an after school club for 6 - 11 year olds girls. Meeting every week for games, quizzes, funky cocktails and a buffet. An opportunity for your girls to mix, make friends and have fun.
6€ per session. Fridays 5.15 pm to 6.30pm. Held in the reception class Contact Sandra on 617 114 499 Art & Craft Club For both boys and girls, an opportunity to show off their artistic talents and fun food ideas, all materials and after school supervision included. 6-12 years. 6€ per session. Wednesdays 5pm- 6pm. Held in the reception class Football Club Training will focus on individual skill techniques and on how to adapt those skills in game situations. Your child will benefit from two coaches who have and continue to work at the highest level in the game. The children train using the latest methods and enjoy working with the new equipment to be introduced during these sessions. PE kit and shin pads essential, along with plenty of fluids. Early booking essential.

Friday’s 4-7years Wednesdays’s 8-12years Homework Club Homework club is an opportunity for your children to complete their homework in a structured and supervised environment. This is provided free of charge for all students at Mar Azul. Lower primary - Years 1/2/3 every night in the early years building till 6pm, supervised by Sharon Goodwin, Year 4 bi-lingual classroom assistant. Upper Primary & Secondary- years 4/5/6/7 every night in the office building till 6pm, supervised by Year 5 Bi-lingual classroom teacher Joshua Grocutt. Helen O’Grady Academy Helen O’Grady Academy are offering drama classes outside of the British National Curriculum to all students. The main aims are to help children aged 5-17 years develop: Enthusiasm, confidence, self-esteem, communication skills and social skills. Each lesson will consist of: Introductory activities, to encourage verbal and physical interaction between students. Speech, Clarity of oral communication Movement, to develop better co-ordination Whole class Improvisation, to encourage creativity and gain confidence in a whole group situation. All classes are taught in English, and are open to the whole community, classes are normally 8€ per child, but a discount of 3€ is offered to Mar Azul Students, making each session 5€ All classes are held on Saturday morning in the Secondary block of the school. 5-8 years 10am -11am 9-11 years 11am -12pm 12 -17 years 12-1pm The Drama Academy also run an open class on Saturday’s at the Sports Complex in La Marina for 5-8 years at 11am – 12pm.
